Adam Kirk is a Principal Research Engineer with the Kentucky Transportation Center at the University of Kentucky. His research and training focuses on traffic operations and roadway safety. Adam also works extensively with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet developing guidelines and policy for emerging technologies and practices.
